Fullstack Engineer:

Primary Skills: Full Stack Development (Expert), Ruby on Rails (Expert), React (Advanced), GraphQL (Intermediate), MySQL (Advanced), Communication (Expert) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 6 Months (2-3 Days Hybrid) Location: San Francisco, CA Pay Range: $60 - $70 per hour Job Summary: We are seeking two Senior Fullstack Engineers to join our San Francisco, CA-based team on a contract basis. The ideal candidates will have a track record of successfully owning multi-quarter engineering projects that deliver significant customer impact and will be passionate about building scalable solutions and creating memorable customer experiences. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative, test-driven environment, mentor junior engineers, and handle large scale refactors as well as performance and reliability improvements. Key Responsibilities: Lead multi-quarter projects to solve complex engineering problems and deliver measurable impact at scale. Build and maintain scalable solutions that address customer pain points. Mentor engineering team members to maximize their performance and impact. Maintain strong communication across engineering teams and with business stakeholders. Work on large scale refactors, tackling performance and reliability issues. Must Have Skills: Proficient in Ruby on Rails and React. Experienced with GraphQL and MySQL. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Preferred Domain Experience: Experience in software development is essential, with a minimum of 8 years preferred. A background in developing for high-impact, scalable projects is highly desirable.
