Certification Details BLS ACLS NIHSS Job Details Neuro Med/Surg Tele Nurse Need: 3South is a Med/Surg Telemetry Certified Stroke Center as well as a Level IV Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU). While most patients have a neuro-related diagnosis, 3S also serves as a telemetry overflow unit for other patient populations which allows the nurse to practice skills other than neuro.
