Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Receptionist for a health & wellness company in Laguna Hills, CA This individual will play a key role in supporting a small team, providing administrative support and delivering top-notch customer service to our clients. We are ONLY seeking candidates who can start Full-Time IMMEDIATELY (we will NOT accept any applicants who require a 2-week notice). Location: Fully onsite in Laguna Hills, CA 92618 Job Type: Temp-To-Hire (potential to transition to permanent employment) Schedule: Monday through Friday 2-8:30pm & Saturday 9-3pm Scope of the Role: This person will be the first point of contact for our business, the ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to assist customers. If you are someone who enjoys greeting people and excel in office-related tasks, such as answering phones and coordinating schedules, we'd love to meet you. We are looking for a highly motivated receptionist who can be the liaison among all of us, who can take on tasks beneficial to the growth of our company, and who is excited to become a part of our busy clinic. Responsibilities: Customer service: Welcome clients and guests and perform administrative check-ins and check-outs. Notify relevant employees when a customer has arrived. Answer and direct phone calls, manage appointments, and respond to customer inquiries . Providing information: Answer clients and guests questions, including online requests, and provide them with the relevant information. Record keeping: Maintain records of clients, payments, appointments, memberships, gift certificates and additional services. Maintaining records of employees, files, and contacts directory. Clerical tasks: Manage daily mail, emails and online shipments. Keep an eye on security and telecommunications systems. Organize the reception area while complying with office procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintaining office supplies: Oversee office equipment and supplies and reorders when needed. Perform weekly inventory of our products line and manage reorders. Schedule meetings: Schedule and coordinate monthly staff and in-person meetings with management. Clinic management: Ensure all treatment rooms are clean, tidy and fully equipped as per the clinic operation manual. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred (NOT REQUIRED) 1 years of relevant experience Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Intermediate proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; Millenium or Meevo a plus.
