About the Jobs: Variety of duties ranging in complexity including scheduling needs for meetings, appointments, and events; updating calendars and Partners, attorneys or senior leadership to changes or requests. Opportunity to work in one-to-one or team support positions. Positions that require anywhere from two to three years of legal support experience to industry-specific and high-level legal secretary and legal executive assistant support experience. Organize travel booking, including ground transportation, accommodations and requested agendas. Edit and organize legal documents, update client and company files, and follow up on client engagement. Assist with legal research, fact gathering, and maintaining files. Prepare and process expense reports and client billing.
