As a Nutley, NJ hybrid position, the candidate will be expected to be on site 2 days a week per company policy. Essential Functions Data Analysis and Government Pricing performance of trends on the state invoicing ensure accuracy of the state rebates Assist with audit requests for the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program (rebates & calculations) Act as company liaison, negotiating with the States Medicaid agencies regarding dispute resolution Maintain and is an expert in operation of Model N Medicaid Rebate Processing system. Stay up to date and applies knowledge of the Medicaid Rebate & Government Pricing legislations Co-develop training plans for any new analyst/consultant that joins the Medicaid area. Performs Medicaid system testing to ensure proper function when any upgrades are completed Review and analyzes contract terms and conditions. Ensures data in the Medicaid system reflects the contract terms for accurate processing Assist with calculating of AMP, BP and URAs Requirements A Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience may be substituted for degree considered A minimum of six (6) years of related experience (financial analysis, Medicaid, Managed Care and government pricing reporting) Knowledge of the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program (MDRP) Knowledge of Government Pricing Calculations is desirable Analytical & strategic thinker capable of identifying both the depth and breadth of data required to accurately answer questions Effective communicator, persuasive in support of conclusions Builds and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders to build an understanding of business objectives Self-motivator who seeks to improve accuracy and efficiency Eisai is an equal opportunity employer and as such, is committed in policy and in practice to recruit, hire, train, and promote in all job qualifications without regard to race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran status.
