We are looking for an Development Team and Solutions Architect Lead smart person who can focus on helping clients transform across People, Data, and Technology by understanding their processes. You will lead the solutions architect and development team for a complex and cross-functional organization that aligns with the knowledge management, data architecture, and modern zero-trust governance structure. Our team uses agile techniques for developing innovative and strategic solutions through transparent communication, proactive tasking, and integrated team methods to ensure we collaborate naturally for our client's benefit. This opportunity offers the ability to contribute to the digital strategy initiatives and develop exciting leading-edge techniques in data management for a federal client. Mandatory Requirement: Applicants selected for this position may be subject to a Government Security Investigation and must meet eligibility for access to classified information at the Secret clearance level. You'll guide clients in building a robust digital infrastructure, focusing on SharePoint, Power Platform, and peer environments for knowledge transfer and automation. Your role is pivotal in our clients' digital transformation journey. Core responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead SharePoint and Power Platform architecture development, Learn and lead new SaaS tool implementations in addition to SharePoint as required, Lead the team that designs, deploys, and tests solution components within environments of medium to large size and complexity, Attend requirements and demo meetings and work with the customer to understand change requirements and make the appropriate recommendations, Develop technical solution proposals and technical specifications based on functional requirements, Be involved in communications and training initiatives tied to solutions and ecosystem changes, Participate in the assessment of the customer environment and their requirements and documents results properly, Identify and escalate problems, maintain and repair existing applications, Development of SharePoint components (web parts, application pages, page layouts, etc.) for enterprise scale portal and collaboration solution(s), Coordinate with the migration team to move and validate content, if required, Technical design authority - internally recognized as highly competent in technical areas, will review and participate in benchmarking, installation, upgrade, configuration, deployment and testing activity, Interact with government stakeholders and teaming partners to gather requirements and propose analytic solutions for the leadership, Identify, document, and collaboratively resolve platform, access, and automation issues as needed by clients, and Support organizational digital transformation through a best practice approach to drive data hygiene, literacy, and documentation through execution on SharePoint, Power Platform, and peer environments. Advise on educational or training requirements to digital team. (Senior-Level) Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide expert data-driven decision-making support in the design and implementation of solutions, Lead a team of geographically distributed developers and will work with the client to manage a large work stream, Serve as an expert resource supporting automation solution requirements questions and issues from stakeholders and driving to resolution for existing solutions, Implements data management techniques and data collection systems with all solutions, Champion development and implementation of quality controls and standards to ensure adherence for reduced sustainment needs and automated governance, Develop strategies that optimize data quality, data security and process efficiency in the design and iteration processes of the development team, Lead in the technical training of the users and partner developers in the organization to align with enterprise transformation guideline, Works closely with other service area leads to ensure technical platform services remain capable of meeting ongoing and future requirements, Interact with government stakeholders and teaming partners to gather requirements and propose technology or feature upgrade solutions for leadership, and Manage the collection of business and technical requirements from stakeholders to deliver data driven solution. Produces and reviews technical documentation that is consistent with professional standards. Education and Experience: Undergraduate degree and 5 years related. Additional years of experience can be substituted for education with examples of work or certifications, Intermediate to advanced experience in agile software development and CI/CD pipeline management for solutions, Intermediate to advanced experience with all Microsoft 365 platform tools, Advanced experience with SharePoint, Intermediate experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and DAX expression coding, Experience creating wireframes using Visio or equivalent tool, Experience with 508 Compliance and UI/UX review and implementation, Experience leading a team developing and supporting solutions that address a range of business needs including portals, workflows, forms, collaboration sites, dashboards, and document management tools using Microsoft 365 (M365): Dataverse, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint, Proven analytical and investigative skills, and Familiarity with DoD, Department of the Navy, or other Federal Agency.
