Performs appropriate evaluation tests and measurements based on the patients diagnosis. Develop treatment plans, including reassess and revise every 6 weeks or earlier based on patient's progress. Performs physical therapy techniques appropriate to the diagnosis. Demonstrates use of physical therapy modalities appropriate to the diagnosis. • Documents progress reports for patients in a timely manner to coincide with physician follow up visits, and to assist with compliance for insurance carriers and utilization review companies for authorization and reimbursement.
