Certification Details ARRT BLS Fluoroscopy Job Details A hospital in California is looking for an experienced IR Tech for a travel assignment. The right candidate will have 2 years of experience, hold an active BLS, ARRT, Fluoro and CA license. Job Requirements Experienced IR Tech 2 years of experience Hold an active BLS, ARRT, Fluoro CA license Schedule Information Shifts: 7 & 7:30, start call at 3:30pm - 11 pm. 8s Days/Eves, 8 hr shifts, call included, EOW, First to Float Additional Details ARRT, BLS, Fluoroscopy Department: Interventional Radiology beds: 1 room Certs: BLS, ARRT & prefer IR certification, Fluoro need both licenses in the state of CA. Ratios: 5-8 cases per day depending on the case EMR: Cerner, McKesson PACS Weekend Requirement: Call Sat 9am - 11pm both Sat & Sun but the techs split this up (every other weekend) Holidays: Same as weekend call - work into the rotation. Scrub Color: Provided Vents: On occasion Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: Interventional Radiology RT 24/7: Yes Pharmacy 24/7 Floor specific orientation: approximately 4 Common diagnosis/Types of patients: Siemens Fluro spot top - Hypoplasty for spine, a lot of catheter changes, checks, removals, port placements, some LP for chemo, a lot of vistulagrams, GI Tube placements, IVC filters, nephro tube placements, thrombolysis
