Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty is hiring a Social Media Manager with proven experience in the social media space to manage the firm’s channels and create an exciting content strategy. This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic creative individual who wants the opportunity to truly "own" social media for the premier luxury real estate brand in Metro Atlanta. This individual should be an expert at multi-tasking and will thrive as content strategist, creative thinker and project manager. This role requires a proactive, analytical thinker with an editorial mindset who can align with key internal stakeholders to creatively solve for social media marketing and content marketing needs. The ideal candidate is always looking for what’s next in social media and thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a natural storyteller and is always looking for the best way to tell it—whether that’s an Instagram Live or a TikTok series. As the Social Media Manager, you will have access to our leadership team as well our local network of 600 sales professionals, plus guidance through thought leadership from the global Sotheby’s International Realty in best practices. This role will work closely with our brand marketing department and act as a social media evangelist within the company. Salary range: $75,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the firm's active social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business. Research, explore, and activate new social media channels or opportunities for the firm, including but not limited to, TikTok and Pinterest. Develop, produce, and execute a holistic social media content strategy, including regular posting schedule, content concepts with photo and video, community management, engagement, crisis communications and security strategies per platform. Execute exciting and engaging agent appreciation campaigns in concert with corporate marketing and brokerage leadership. Attend company and office events and generate real-time content on social media platforms. Plan and implement social-first photo/video shoots. Collaborate with the graphic design team and media partners to create engaging social-first content Create original content on your own; researching social media trends, editing footage and tapping into trending audio. Develop, produce, and execute training sessions for real estate agents and our in-house Brand Manager team seeking to learn the latest and greatest tips to leverage social media. Build and handle potential relationships with influencers and implement influencer campaigns. Define social media KPIs, including engagement and reach, and routinely report on these KPIs to marketing leadership. Desired Skills: Creative Production - Experience with graphic design software and video editing software, like the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other similar platforms (will also have support from in-house graphic design team) Creative Portfolio - An active portfolio of social media content you can share and directly reference, such as an example of an Instagram Reel you've produced, a TikTok account you've managed, or an Influencer campaign you helped launch is required Resourceful - Come up with cool new ideas for social media content and engagement leveraging User Generated Content like existing property images and property videos Customer Service - A sincere and genuine desire to deliver elevated customer service to our roster of real estate agents and to collaborate with members of our in-house creative team Competent in using social media tools and DAMs (E.g. Curalate, Sprinklr, Sprout, Dash Hudson, etc). Familiarity with digital marketing tools including Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads & Business Manager a plus. Experience and Attributes: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Advertising, Video Production or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dedicated social media role is required Must be able to demonstrate expert knowledge in social media platforms and asset requirements (experience with utilizing TikTok or Instagram Reels for a company is a plus) Experience executing multi-channel social programming and developing original content for social channels, providing examples for reference An eye for detail, down to the last character, image crop, and line break Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite or other software related to Marketing/Advertising/Social Media/Video Editing Works fluidly in a hyper-paced organization and can move quickly while balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with professionalism and ease Excellent communication, customer service and relationship-building skills MUST be a team player Benefits: Competitive Salary based on skills and experience with bonus opportunity Full Health Benefits and 401K Flexible PTO (Paid Time Off) Formal training The opportunity to work in a world-class organization for one of the top brands in the world
