We work smart & play hard Your role in our mission includes the following responsibilities- Manage and oversee trust and estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and other related documents. Handle all aspects of probate (to include contested cases,) and estate administration to ensure compliance with all legal requirements. Provide expert legal advice to clients on matters related to estate planning, wealth preservation, and probate litigation. Conduct thorough legal research, prepare detailed legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings as necessary. Collaborate closely with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans tailored to individual client needs What you will bring to the role: 2-10 years of experience in estate planning and probate matters. Licensed in the state of Texas for at least 2 years or more Demonstrated knowledge of relevant state and federal laws and regulations Research and writing skills Interest in conducting hearings, mediation and consults Energetic and motivated Highly organized Other Requirements: Knowledge of TxDoc and Clio OR similar drafting/client management software, MS Office or Google Suite proficiency.
