Multifamily Assistant Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager in the Charlotte, NC region. Assistant Project Manager will oversee the project, coordinating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensure quality control, and maintain a safe work environment during the construction of new garden style apartments. This role requires proactive problem-solving and effective communication with the project Team. Qualifications Construction Management and Computer skills Knowledge of building processes Experience in Construction Reporting Excellent communication Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in multi-family housing construction is required Minimum 3 years' experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Assistant Superintendent
