Experienced Press Brake Set Up / Operator Full-time job duties and Responsibilities: Following Press Brake process standard operating procedure Accurately entering quantities into the computer Using inspection devices to inspect parts, according to print and product inspection plan Making small, mathematically calculated, angle corrections Orienting the part correctly Picking tooling, as identified in the CNC program, from tooling inventory Loading tooling in the order identified in the CNC program Reading the print fully to understand tolerances, geometry, material thickness and specialinstructions Reading job order for special instructions Wearing proper protective equipment, as directed by equipment or process Understanding safety requirements in every area, and complying Using material data sheets effectively Skills and Specifications: CNC interface Ability to read blueprints, and measuring tools Basic geometry concepts able to calculate negative and positive adjustments Basic computer skills manufacturing software programs Excellent problem-solving skills. High standard of attention to detail. Ability to manage time and prioritize work in an effective manner. Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills. Adaptability and Initiative Education and Qualifications: 5 years of experience in Press brake, CNC experience Blue print reading High School diploma or equivalent Ceric Fabrication Co Inc. offers the following benefits to eligible employees.
