About the Role As a Technical Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind innovative cloud-based media solutions that elevate content delivery for broadcasters, content creators, and sports organisations globally. Lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and deliver complex projects on time and within budget, all while ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional quality standards. What You’ll Do Lead End-to-End Project Management: Plan, execute, monitor, and close media cloud projects with efficiency and precision. Act as the Key Client Liaison: Coordinate with clients, vendors, and teams, ensuring project goals and client needs are aligned. Oversee Technical Execution: Collaborate with technical experts to define project scope, requirements, and optimise cloud solutions for performance. Mitigate Risks & Solve Problems: Identify and address challenges early to maintain smooth project delivery. Manage Resources & Quality: Balance timelines, budgets, and technical resources to deliver excellence, every time. What You Bring Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and end-to-end technical project delivery. Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with media streaming protocols (HLS, MPEG-DASH, RTMP). Strong communication and leadership skills —able to translate complex tech into clear, actionable steps for diverse teams. Hands-on experience with media streaming platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and open-source multimedia tools like FFmpeg, gstreamer. A collaborative, customer-centric mindset, and readiness for flexible hours to support live events. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred. 5 years in project management within media, cloud computing, or a related industry.
