Construction Superintendent

Job Title: Construction Superintendent – Interior Industrial Project Location: Dumfries, VA Start Date: In the next couple of weeks Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for a medium-sized interior industrial project located in Dumfries, VA. This project involves a variety of work including concrete and steel fabrication, HVAC and electrical upgrades, as well as the installation of doors and finishes . The project is set to begin in the next couple of weeks and will require a superintendent who can effectively manage multiple trades and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site construction activities and day-to-day management of the project. Coordinate and manage subcontractors across different trades including concrete, steel, HVAC, electrical, and finishes. Ensure that all work is performed safely, according to schedule, and meets the required quality standards. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably with industrial, commercial, or similar projects. Strong background in managing concrete, steel, HVAC, electrical, and finishes work. No security clearance required for this position.
