Job Details Duke Lifepoint Hospital 355 beds Home to the Frye Regional Brain Center, Cancer Center, Heart Center, Lung Center, Orthopedics, General & Vascular Surgery, Surgical Weight Loss, Women's Center, and Level 3 NICU 32 bed ED, 29 bed inpatient rehab, 15 bed surgical suite & imaging Frye South Campus comprises of an 81 bed adult Behavioral Health Hospital. Job Requirements Minimum 1.5 years CVICU experience required. Associate Nursing Degree required. Strong critical thinking skills preferred. 1 year CVICU experience after orientation complete is a must-have skill/experience. Common Diagnosis/Treatment includes CABG, TAVR, STEMI, and Carotids. Schedule Information Shift: To meet the needs of the facility; every other weekend or as required. Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36. No on-call requirements. Float Requirements: per scheduled rotation. Unit Specific Information Number of Beds: 8. Patient Ratios: 2:1 with occasional 1:1. Equipment used includes Impella, IABP, CRRT. EHR system in use: Cerner. Patient Population: Adult/Geriatric.
