Overview Come join our Enterprise Identity and Access Governance Team within Intuit’s Cybersecurity, Compliance, Risk & Fraud Team (CyberCRAFT) as a Senior Engineer with a focus on Enterprise IAM What you'll bring 5 years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products or business applications Solid design and Object Oriented coding skills (C++, Springboot, Java, Python) Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Governance domain Strong knowledge of Spring, AWS and Kubernetes Experience designing and developing distributed scalable and highly reliable enterprise-wide applications in Cloud. Experience with AWS is preferred. Solid communication and influencing skills: Demonstrated ability to explain and document complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences Proficient in back-end architecture & design Acting in a technical leadership capacity: Mentoring junior engineers, new team members, and applying technical expertise to challenging programming and design problems Able to operate at highly varying levels of abstraction from business strategy to product strategy to high level technical design to detailed technical design to implementation Synthesize achievable solutions from diverse inputs, alternative sources (build / buy / partner) and complex data Experience in AI/ML a plus How you will lead Drive design and implementation of durable and software solutions that will solve critical customer problems, are scalable, secure, easy to maintain, and interact with numerous other services/teams. Acting as the technical subject matter expert: Mentoring fellow engineers, demonstrating technical expertise, and leading a small team solving challenging programming and design problems Work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams including: product management, QA/QE, various product lines, and/or business units to drive forward results Gaining an understanding of our Current State and drive towards adoption of the target state architecture by executing on the strategy.
