As the program manager on our team, youll work with project managers, task leads, our program support staff, and others to analyze the functional areas of the program. Using your broad knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies, youll guide your program to develop and communicate solid strategy and business impact. As a leader in the account, youll identify opportunities to grow the business through supporting your customers mission. Responsibilities: Oversees the planning, approval, and implementation of specific tasks that are part of a contract. Defines and explains the scale, cost, and timetable of a project and issues contracts for the performance of services. Acts as the point of contact for the implementation of contract assignments. Confirms that the tasks are completed on time, in sequence, within budget, and under the terms of a contractual agreement. Performs a task analysis to understand the impact and risks associated with project tasks. Evaluates project protocols and procedures to reduce costs and improve the quality of executed assignments. Writes and reviews technical documents and prepares monthly status reports and other required deliverables. Meets and communicates with project stakeholders, including government personnel. Procures materials and labor to complete contract agreements. Manages the activities of contractor personnel and subcontractors. Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI Clearance is required. Experience working in the DoD/Intelligence Community. 5 years of experience with program/project management. Experience with managing large multi-task contracts in scope and complexity. Experience in working with multiple specialties in a one-team environment. Experience in a leadership role working with senior management to find solutions for customers and leading teams. Experience with applying project management concepts and principles in a professional environment. Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possession of excellent interpersonal skills. Desired Qualifications: PMP Certified, or be able to demonstrate project management course work (associated with PMP certificate) Techn cal expertise in the Geospatial or Data Scientist mission areas (imagery analysis, geospatial analysis, data science, or data modeling) :::
