As a Recruiter at People Science, your duties can include:
- Learn the People Science Recruitment Continuum and operate according to the processes and systems of People Science
- Establish strong relationships with the client's TA team and hiring managers to build trust, open and confidential communication, collaboration, and insight
- Partner with hiring managers to learn and fully understand the type of candidates required to meet the client's needs
- Develop creative recruitment strategies and goals for the team
- Network and research to discover new tools and vehicles to contact the best candidates
- Source and screen candidates
- Recommend candidates for hiring manager interviews
- Schedule hiring manager/panel interviews and debrief meetings
- Present and negotiate candidate job offers
- Track all activities and update all databases and applicant tracking systems in “real time”
- Attend weekly team and client meetings to learn and share
- Work closely with Support Mentors and up line Managers to share ideas and concerns
- Continuously look for areas of improvement to the work that will result in advantages to the client, the candidates we process, and the company as a whole
- Additional duties may be assigned and required as needs arise in order to assure goals and clients' expectations are met.
