Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Remote Product Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and lifecycle of our products from conception to launch. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research and customer needs.
2. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features.
3. Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
4. Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities and trends.
5. Define and analyze key metrics to measure the success of products and features.
6. Lead product planning and development meetings.
7. Communicate product updates and timelines to stakeholders and leadership.
8. Monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of product management methodologies and tools.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
