As a Director, Business Planner - Xbox focused on supporting our Developer Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in supporting the long-term health of our partner ecosystem. 3rd Party Partners play a crucial role for the Xbox Platform as we move to diversify our presence to new endpoints such as Smart TV and PC where we will need to develop new incentive models to continue nurturing support for Xbox. Creating new business models to monetize our player and partner relationships will be key to success for this role.

Responsibilities
Market and Customer Needs Identification:
Collaborate with internal teams to identify player, partner, and market needs, and propose new business solutions to meet those needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Orchestrate proposals and recommendations across multiple stakeholder groups, and collect and communicate feedback internally to address gaps and make joint recommendations.
Competitive Positioning:
Position Xbox platform value to partners in the context of a competitive landscape through research and collaboration.
Business Planning:
Provide Business Planning support for current business models and for emerging opportunities to monetize platform tools, such as AI.
Technical Decision Support:
Leverage technical sales strategy to address customer digital transformation and align technology to customer business needs.
Knowledge Sharing:
Present to and educate colleagues, customers, and partners at scale on how publishers gauge platform and Xbox value based on audience reach and monetization opportunities to enhance knowledge sharing on products or solutions.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
7+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience.
OR equivalent experience.
7+ years experience using advanced functions in Excel and PowerPoint to drive and/or own financial modeling.
7+ years experience orchestrating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver recommendations.
7+ years of experience working on business model creation and evaluation to include business models like forecasting, scenario planning, etc.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
12+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related field.
OR 8+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience AND Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), or related field.
OR equivalent experience.
Experience in the gaming industry.
Business Planning IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $248,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $268,900 per year.
