We are immediately hiring an experienced
SALESPROFESSIONAL
to join our
NEW ENGLAND TEAM , with a concentration and home base location of
BOSTON . The successful individual will embody the ARDEX solution-driven, 'customer first' approach, cultivating new and existing business opportunities with partner distributors, commercial contractors, flooring contractors and installers, specifiers, architects, and other key influencers. This is a field sales position with a home base location of
BOSTON . Daily territory travel with some overnight required. RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Sales Growth
of ARDEX and Henry products Generate Leads
and win new business opportunities Promote Products
through hands-on demonstrations, presentations, and professional displays Build Relationships
with partner distributors, specialist flooring/tiling contractors, general contractors, architects, and key business influencers Field Service & Support
including job start assistance, bid preparation, and distributor/installer training Technical Expertise
and technical recommendations, liaising with our technical team for resources and solutions Achieve Targets
and exceed goals Collaborate
with corporate resources (Technical, Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics) to deliver exceptional service to ARDEX customers Exceptional Standards
- represent ARDEX as the industry leader for exemplary professional standards and a 'customer first' approach Experience and Skills:
Minimum 5 years outside sales experience is essential. Knowledge of building materials industries is required. Knowledge of flooring installation systems is desirable Technical proficiency and familiarity with architectural specifications and construction design elements High levels of business integrity, ethics, and good professional judgment High level of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. Solution-driven and customer-focused Must be able to conduct product presentations and demonstrations confidently and professionally Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must be able to travel daily throughout assigned territory, including some overnight Able to operate non-power and power tools. Good mechanical or hands-on skills to meet the needs of intensive and physically demanding field support and service Able to lift to 70 pounds on occasion, with a carrying capability of 55 pounds Four (4) year college degree is preferred, or minimum completed high school diploma with relevant industry work experience Demonstrates our company values; Fuel Passion, Drive Innovation, Embrace Responsibility, Embody Integrity, Build Belonging Compensation and Benefits:
