Salary:
$175,000 - $200,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications plus bonus potential and stock options) Responsibilities: Build, manage, and coach a high-performing marketing team, including demand generation, content, creative, and marketing communications. Manage and scale a marketing funnel and marketing-driven revenue model where more than 75% of the pipeline is generated through marketing-led initiatives. Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and sales organization to meet quarterly and annual pipeline goals. Optimize a digitally centered demand generation and content engine that aligns with the buyer's journey of marketing operations professionals and leaders. Scale a mature account-based marketing (ABM) approach to reach our ideal customer profile for large enterprise B2B SaaS and business services organizations. Partner with product management to support feature and product launches, maximizing upsell revenue and net revenue retention (NRR). Regularly update positioning and messaging to reflect shifts in market trends, customer pain points, and changes in the buyer’s journey. Refine and maintain our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Acceptable Customer Profiles by monitoring customer and prospect behavior. Manage marketing budgets and expenditures, achieving a marketing ROI of 5:1 or better, with a goal of progressing to 10:1 over time. Ensure brand standards are consistently met. Build and nurture strong relationships with executive team members. Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that supports SEO, pipeline progression, performance marketing, and a nascent ABX (account-based experience) approach. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years as a performance or growth marketer with expertise in digital marketing. 5+ years of experience as a SaaS marketer within the MarTech space. 5+ years of hands-on experience in direct people management. 3+ years as a director or VP of marketing, reporting to a CEO or equivalent. Preferred Requirements: Strong working knowledge of a Revenue Operations stack. You would consider yourself an analytical ninja - capable of getting to the correct data to make informed decisions. Prior experience using or deploying multi-touch attribution software. Strategic thinker capable of visualizing the big picture and designing programs that align with long-term goals. Ability to toggle seamlessly between tactical and strategic priorities. Proven experience with bottom-line accountability for programs that drive ARR growth.
