Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our product solution team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective product marketing strategies to promote our solar module products, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue/profit growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and R&D team, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing marketing of our solar module product line. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans and strategies to drive the adoption and sales of our solar module products. 2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and positioning opportunities for our solar module product line. 3. Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our solar module products to different target markets and customer segments. 4. Collaborate with product management to define product positioning, pricing, and packaging strategies based on market insights and customer requirements. 5. Create compelling marketing collateral, including product datasheets, brochures, presentations, and website content, to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value to customers. 6. Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support, including sales training materials, customer presentations, and competitive intelligence. 7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, customers, and partners to drive brand advocacy and expand market reach. 8. Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory developments in the solar energy sector to ensure our solar module product line remains competitive. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field. 2. Three or more years’ experience in product marketing or related roles in the solar industry, preferably in PV or related technologies. 3. Strong understanding of solar energy market dynamics, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create persuasive marketing content and deliver compelling presentations. 5. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites and trade shows as needed 7. Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. 8. Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainable solutions.
