The Content Marketing Manager will join the Content Marketing team and support content strategy, content creation, search engine optimization (SEO), and developing and ensuring a consistent voice that supports Syndio's brand. This role requires strong collaboration and the ability to deliver results through cross-functional alignment and communication. You should have a solid understanding of B2B content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and integrated, multi-channel programs. You will help to execute Syndio's content strategy by crafting interesting and well-researched content that drives traffic and nurtures prospects. Become a specialist in the human resources, compensation, and labor and employment law audiences, seeking data and relevant trends to make decisions that improve the impact and effectiveness of content concepts and copy across the customer journey and in a variety of channels. Research and build industry-specific content in line with Syndio's segmentation strategy to support campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives that articulate our product's core benefits. Produce high-quality articles, blogs, email marketing messages, case studies, webinar presentations, web copy, and more. Leverage SEO strategies to inform content strategy and to systematically improve Syndio's ranking for key topics. Develop email marketing nurture campaigns and set up marketing automation workflows using Marketo. Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics, Marketo, and social media analytics tools. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build more effective content. About you

You have 2-5 years of B2B content marketing or direct copywriting experience. Experience executing email campaigns using marketing automation tools. Knowledge of content marketing strategy, buyer's journeys, and SEO. Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it. Consistent performance in a deadline-oriented environment due to tight time restraints and volume of work. You are relentlessly curious and willing to ask questions every step of the way. You bring a balance of humility and confidence to the team, able to listen and learn from others, while also being decisive to move content forward. Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity. Salary Range:

$80K Minimum Qualification:
