Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing leader to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you’ll act as a hands-on marketing leader, working with our Product, Marketing, and Sales team to drive impactful go-to-market plans. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in launching products and excelling in market positioning. You will be responsible for driving the messaging, positioning, and sales enablement for our innovative Conversational and Enterprise AI products. You will play a key role in shaping the market's perception of our products and enhancing our competitive edge. Key Responsibilities: Customer Insights:

Conduct comprehensive customer research to gather actionable insights to influence product and marketing strategy. Messaging and Positioning:

Translate product features into compelling messaging and positioning that clearly articulates the value and competitive advantage of our offerings. Product Launches:

Plan and execute product launches, coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure a cohesive and effective introduction of products to the market. Sales Enablement:

Provide the sales team with essential tools, resources, and training, drawing from a well-defined set of best practices. Market and Competitive Analysis:

Continuously conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape. AI Industry Expertise:

Maintain a robust understanding of the AI technology category, demonstrating enthusiasm and an ongoing commitment to staying informed about innovations and developments in the field. Qualifications: Experience:

6+ years in marketing within technology companies, ideally with a strong focus on SaaS and AI business models. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred. Marketing Generalist:

A versatile marketer with experience in multiple areas (e.g., content, product, growth, digital) who can adapt to strategic priorities as needed. Cultural Awareness:

Experience working across global teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Action Driven:

You’ll move quickly to collaborate on change management across stakeholder teams. Leadership & Collaboration:

Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing diverse stakeholders. Communication:

Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with experience translating complex ideas into clear, impactful messaging. Preferred Experience: AI/GenAI Knowledge:

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, understanding of enterprise GenAI adoption, and the rapid market evolution. Go-to-Market Execution:

Strong experience with product launches, especially in dynamic, multifaceted environments where priorities shift rapidly. $140,400 - $175,500 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience. In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes an annual incentive opportunity based on target achievement, pre-IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday, and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.
