Junior Business Analyst (HYBRID)

KeyLogic has an immediate need for a Junior Business Analyst in the Greater Washington, DC area.
The Junior Business Analyst will support our federal client, the Department of Energy's (DOE) Energy's Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security, and Emergency Response (CESER) in the areas of new initiatives, partnership and business support services. The Analyst will also provide high-impact technical and non-technical communication materials focused on support in servicing the multiple divisions within CESER.
Position Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Administration, or Business Administration. Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Teams and SharePoint. 1+ years of professional experience 1+ years of customer service experience Willingness to take initiative and work in a flexible, fast-paced environment with other members of our team and directly with the client.
Position Responsibilities:
High energy level, adaptive, strong team player, good work ethic with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints. Exceptional communication, teamwork, and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment. Ability to effectively interface with staff at all levels. Ability to analyze incoming requests and route them to the correct location along with the associated information. Ability to receive and document feedback to improve the process. Communicate with project team regularly and actively participate in team meetings. Research, write, and edit technical reports and other professional documents. Interact with various stakeholders and team members regularly. Read and synthesize information from multiple sources. Willing to learn new concepts.
