As a Principal Product Manager Tech in the Alexa Shopping org, you will be at the forefront of the latest AI advancements, redefining how Alexa can deliver even more delightful and helpful shopping experiences for millions of customers globally.
You will be responsible for driving transformative innovation in conversational shopping. Leveraging the power of AI and natural language understanding, you will envision seamless new shopping experiences across multiple endpoints (e.g., Echo devices, Alexa app, Fire TV, 3rd party devices, etc.).
Working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will raise the bar on product excellence. Your strategic vision and exceptional execution will guide the roadmap, bringing groundbreaking new experiences to life. This is a highly visible, strategic role where you will partner with senior leaders across the Alexa and Shopping businesses to drive meaningful impact.
The ideal candidate thrives on tackling ambiguity and complexity. You are a big-picture thinker with a relentless focus on customer obsession. Your ability to translate data-driven insights into innovative solutions is second to none. - 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience technical product management PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements - Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
