Job Summary The Enterprise Shared Services Program Manager II is responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of strategic and transformational enterprise-wide programs and projects that are generally complex and large in scope. The Program Manager collaborates with leadership, management, and other stakeholders, participates in program governance, and provides oversight of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers across the organization.
This position serves as the primary contact between executive leadership and the program team, engaging stakeholders and communicating the program’s progress. Responsibilities include managing change, resolving issues, and ensuring effective program execution.
Duties
Creates, develops, and maintains the program plan and supports development of related project plans.
Manages scope, schedule, cost, and quality, ensuring integrated master plans are followed.
Meets regularly with Business Owner(s) and Project Managers/teams.
Partners with Business Owner(s) to develop various plans including communications, training, and risk management.
Directs others to complete projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Accountable for scheduling, cost tracking, resource management, and program performance.
Supervises multiple projects to align with strategic plans and objectives.
Supports Business Owner(s) with proposal development and program documentation.
Functions as the lead expert in Enterprise Shared Services.
Optimizes program governance and establishes metrics of success.
Supports PACE methodology and ensures appropriate Project Management tools are used.
Promotes cultural and organizational change.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Required Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent education/experience).
Education Preferred Master's Degree
Experience Required: At least 6 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Health Care Administration.
Facilitating complex decision-making among executive stakeholders.
Vendor/contract management and negotiations experience.
Skills Required: Success managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently or lead project teams with limited supervision.
Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HTML.
Licenses/Certifications Preferred:
Project Management Professional (PMP)

This position is a limited duration position, with a term of one to two years from the start date.
