Help students conquer communication challenges and achieve academic success. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver personalized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate speech, language, and fluency disorders; develop IEPs to address specific student needs.
• Deliver direct therapeutic services, track student progress, and adjust plans based on evolving outcomes.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and school personnel to support communication goals.
• Perform screenings, document findings, and engage in team meetings for thorough planning.
• Support students through advocacy, offer training to staff, and stay engaged in continuous professional learning.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
• Current Delaware Teaching Certification optional
• Delaware SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
