Responsibilities:

• Assess speech and language disorders; develop and implement personalized IEPs.
• Deliver therapy, monitor student outcomes, and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to address communication needs.
• Conduct screenings, document progress, and participate in team planning.
• Champion students' needs, train staff, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications & Benefits:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
• Iowa Teaching Certificationoptional
• IowaSLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification

• Hourly Rate: $45-$50
