Position summary: Americas Alliances, Assistant Director – Brand & Marketing Alliances and Ecosystems are at the heart of innovation for EY and enable us to achieve our All In and Alliances Hypergrowth growth ambitions- in particular, they accelerate EY clients’ issue-driven innovation and digital transformation. This role is responsible for building and implementing cross-service line and cross-sector strategies to enhance market eminence and drive demand generation across a growing portfolio of alliance partners. In highly agile fashion, this marketing manager will develop collaborative relationships across the BMC organization as well as with subject matter experts and relevant client-serving professionals. This individual will also provide direction, guidance and mentorship to alliances team members in driving bespoke, integrated awareness and lead generation campaigns which build the EY brand, advance the commercial value of our alliance relationships, and ensure synergistic alignment between global and US activities across service lines, sectors, g2m teams, and other BMC programs. Essential functions of the job: Design and execute an integrated Americas Alliance Brand & Marketing strategic plan in alignment with firm priorities, Americas Alliances hypergrowth ambitions, and evolving market opportunities. Create moderate-to-complex marketing deliverables for the Americas Alliances team. Support the development, execution and measurement of cross-channel marketing campaigns to promote select partnership solutions. Enhance integration across BMC including industry, service lines, regions and other programs to enhance coordination. Analytical/decision-making responsibilities: Work with senior leaders and Alliance partners to develop plans to effectively communicate strategic objectives and initiatives. Create, develop and manage the project scope and schedule for multiple simple-to-mid-level post-campaign reports, driving data-based insights and spend decisions. Knowledge and skill requirements: Marketing, digital marketing, social marketing, demand generation, thought leadership, video development, content marketing, event marketing. Supervision responsibilities: Supervise staff and oversee the work of others, including internal and external creative agencies. Other requirements: Travel as needed and flex schedule to accommodate calls with stakeholders and team members across varying time zones. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience: 7+ years previous marketing experience successfully managing multiple complex projects. Alliance/partnership marketing experience preferred. A thorough understanding of digital content development and delivery principles including social media, paid campaigns and website optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a proficiency in converting complex technical concepts into compelling market messages. Experienced in B2B marketing, with substantial experience in professional services preferred. What we offer: We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $96,300 to $180,100. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $115,600 to $204,600. Continuous learning:
