Job Title: Global Head of Commercial Data Foundations
Location: Cambridge, MA
Job-Type: Full Time/Permanent
Main responsibilities:
Accountable for Commercial Data Foundations strategy for commercial domain based on business priorities and changing ecosystem
Drive high standardization, simplification & efficiency of data platform landscape via convergence, simplification, silo breaking & harmonization
Design and lead the company's overall strategy on Commercial Data Foundations to pro-actively prepare the organization to meet current and future commercial needs for data-drive use cases
Develop, build and run prioritized digital products to continuously expand & improve Commercial Data Foundations towards highest value data assets & features
Work closely with global data Center Of Excellence (CoE) and commercial advanced analytics & artificial intelligence teams to define analytics tools / platforms / technology required to maximize value of data foundations
Manage and lead the Commercial Data Foundations product portfolio with a goal to scale to a global distribution
Lead Commercial Data Engineering center of excellence
Responsible for data governance enablement in commercial in collaboration with Global Business Units (GBU) data governance leader (Go to Market Capabilities Insights & Analytics Head).
About you:
Education preference: Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems
Solid experience developing teams and people management in diverse markets
Proven track record of creating and implementing successful digital initiatives
Successful management of large digital and technology initiatives in a cross functional matrix environment
Oral and written fluency in English.
Technical Competencies:
Data Management: Experience with relational databases e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Graph/Vector databases and Data Lakes
Proficiency in Data Visualization Tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
Data Integration: Experience with data integration tools and techniques for combining data from disparate sources, APIs, and systems (i.e. IICS preferred)
Familiarity with cloud platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $290,000.00 - $360,000.00 per year
