Provides executive administrative support for two senior UCSF/UCSF Health leaders to facilitate and sustain strategic and operational goals. Uses skills as a seasoned and experienced administrative operations professional to manage, plan and administer the operations of these leaders and their teams. Coordinates projects/programs, manages calendars, meetings agendas and materials, coordinates purchasing, assists with project, and organizes events. Partners with HR administrative team to collaborate on goals and projects. Performs short- and long-term planning for the organization. Exercises discretion and confidentiality in all dealings and demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training3-5 years of progressively responsible project management/admin/executive assistant experienceStrong skills in short-term planning, analysis, problem-solving, and customer serviceInterpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, active listening, critical thinking, persuasiveness, advising and counseling skillsKnowledge of a variety of administrative operational activities such as event planning, project coordination, data analysis/reporting, production of project deliverables/collateral.Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentialityPreferred Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of university rules and regulations, processes, protocols and procedures for budget, accounting and fund management, and / or personnel managementSolid knowledge of common University-specific computer application programsThorough knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques, and / or human resources policies and procedures for staff and academic employeesAbout UCSF
