Executive Vice President of Revenue Operations

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Executive Vice President of Revenue Operations within our Revenue division. In this role, you will be responsible for strategy and insights, sales enablement, and revenue operations for a multi-billion-dollar enterprise with a diverse and robust revenue organization. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and regularly collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and various business units. How We Work As an Executive Vice President of Revenue Operations, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in Brentwood, TN or Atlanta, GA office (locations preferred but not required) Formal, hands-on training Monthly home internet stipend Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include: Providing qualitative and quantitative insights to drive strategic revenue-based outcomes and influence the company’s GTM strategy Enabling and ensuring the efficacy of Sales for GTM changes, new product launches, and feature introductions Providing operational, process, and policy support to all sales channels and functions, including sales capabilities, lead management, compensation, and more Additional responsibilities include: Implementing best-in-class revenue reporting metrics and analytics Collaborating with senior leadership to continuously improve sales force performance, efficiency, and effectiveness Leading the development of sales compensation and incentive plans aligned with budget objectives Sharing ownership in communication functions for the Revenue organization, including presentations and agendas for sales meetings and events Supporting sales technology strategy and execution to align with revenue objectives Assisting the CRO in P&L management and designing policy processes to drive revenue growth Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of revenue operations experience within a multi-channel revenue and sales organization 5+ years of experience managing multiple CRMs, including Salesforce, and other sales technologies Proven track record in designing and managing business processes like forecasting, territory and quota setting, and data management Experience in a SaaS, Fintech, or Technology organization highly preferred Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and work within a matrixed organization Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset with a high business and financial acumen Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, with a strong ability to prioritize Corpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
