Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision & Leadership:

Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for the retail platform, ensuring alignment with the company's overall mission and goals.

Serve as the ultimate product evangelist, inspiring and motivating teams to execute on the vision.

Team & Organizational Development:

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product management organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Attract, develop, and retain top product talent, cultivating a world-class team capable of delivering exceptional results.

Foster cross-functional collaboration and alignment between product, engineering, design, marketing, and other key stakeholders.

Product Innovation & Execution:

Drive the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to development, launch, and ongoing optimization.

Champion a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making to identify and validate new product opportunities.

Ensure the successful execution of product initiatives, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

Market & Industry Leadership:

Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in the retail industry.

Represent the company as a thought leader in product management and retail innovation.

Identify and drive strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance the platform's capabilities and market position.

Business Impact & Growth:

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize growth opportunities for the retail platform.

Deliver exceptional business results through innovative product solutions that delight customers and drive revenue.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in leading and scaling product organizations.

Demonstrated ability to define and execute a successful product vision and strategy.

Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

Deep understanding of the retail industry and its future direction, including customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.

Excellent communication and influence skills, fostering collaboration and alignment across the organization.

Proven ability to drive transformative change and deliver exceptional business results.

Experience with agile development methodologies and a passion for innovation.

Technical proficiency and understanding of relevant technologies is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 13 years' experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications:

Outlined below are the optional preferred qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no preferred qualifications.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience.

We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
