Summary

As the General Manager, you will oversee all operations within the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and efficient management of staff. Reporting directly to upper management, you will utilize your core skills in hospitality and kitchen management to train and supervise team members effectively. Responsibilities:

Ensures the restaurant is operating at the highest level of franchise standards.

Follows and enforces all restaurant operations guidelines as defined in the Operations Manual.

Responsible for the execution of all store systems including inventory control, equipment repairs, cash management, and creating and attaining sales goals, labor, and food purchase budgets.

Ensures all budgeted sales and EBITDA restaurant objectives are met.

Assists in the preparation of the annual restaurant budget.

Administers and ensures compliance with all financial controls.

Reviews schedules and payrolls to control labor costs.

Ensures accountability for the successful execution of all quality control programs.

Educates and reinforces quality standards to all team members and management in the store.

Maintains equipment for optimal performance.

Prepares food that meets MOOYAH Brand Standards.

Holds frequent management and team member meetings to keep staff informed of important policy changes and operational updates.

Demonstrates ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent with a passion for service, excellence, and quality.

Conducts frequent evaluation updates and formal annual performance reviews for all managers and staff.

Ensures proper execution of all corporate and field training programs.

Maintains proper execution of all Human Resources administration and legal compliance.

Coaches and develops management and staff following the MOOYAH Training Program.

Responds to guest complaints to ensure positive guest experiences.

Responsible for hiring staff and ensuring they understand brand standards for products and service.

Develops and executes internal customer-making programs to ensure guest loyalty.

Involves self and management team in local store advertising, fundraising, and catering sales initiatives.

Ensures execution of all marketing initiatives.

Builds a store culture that drives add-on sales both at the register and with in-house service opportunities.

Communicates and educates management and team members on new products and promotions.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Minimum Requirements:

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
