You're comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams, including teams in international regions such as Europe and Asia. You're able to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fluid, fast-paced work environment. You have both a service-oriented approach and an operational mindset and love diving into details to solve complex business problems. You have an interest in media and advertising technology.
What you'll do: Drive operational excellence with Data Partnerships leadership, providing strategic and tactical support for the Data Partnerships team globally. Lead and execute on long-term strategic projects that impact the Data Partnerships function and broader organizational goals. Work cross-functionally to identify operational pain points and create or improve internal processes/policies to address those pain points. Analyze and translate data into actionable insights that answer key business questions, inform executive decision-making, and support strategic planning. Business acumen and consultative approach; demonstrated experience in driving productivity and disciplined management for sales and/or partnership teams. Strong business and emotional intelligence with ability to deliver insights and build objective business partnerships. Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Ability to operate at both executive and tactical levels, while anticipating business needs and driving initiatives autonomously. Hands-on mentality with a focus on troubleshooting and effectively marshalling resources to achieve objectives. Expert in managing concurrent initiatives in complex matrixed environments and make objective-based decisions in the absence of perfect information and shifting circumstances. Experience driving and managing change through influence in a fluid environment. Comfortable working with a high degree of ambiguity.
Who you are: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. 5+ years of work experience in client service/sales operations and/or sales-adjacent functions. AdTech or SaaS industry experience preferred. Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, arrays, some modeling) and solid understanding of various technologies/tools such as CRM systems (e.g., SFDC), BI applications (e.g., Tableau), and project management tools (e.g., SmartSheet, MS Project, or Asana) used to optimize and streamline business processes. Proven track record in building relationships and effectively communicating with senior leaders to solve complex, cross-functional challenges in a fast paced, high-growth business environment. Deep experience in leading the design and scaling of business processes using multiple tools and methodologies. Demonstrated ability to execute strategically and drive projects from conception to completion. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in data analysis and distilling insights.
