to oversee both the Hampton Inn Bozeman and Homewood Suites Bozeman Montana. Complex General Manager , you would be responsible for managing daily hotel operations and providing overall leadership in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Lead, direct and manage all hotel operations including budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, service initiatives, balanced scorecard performance, company policies compliance, sales and marketing initiatives, team leadership, and guest inquiry resolution. Ensure guest and team member satisfaction. Monitor and develop team member performance, particularly the executive team and department heads, including supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and delivering recognition and reward. Recruit, interview and train team members. Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance, and financial measurements. Identify operational performance, productivity, and efficiency gaps and implement measures to correct those deficiencies. Serve as primary liaison with hotel owners and corporate entities. What are we looking for? Basic Qualifications: 2 years of hotel Director of Ops, AGM, GM or equivalent experience. Experience managing a hotel with $6M or greater in revenue. Strong commercial acumen with success in driving revenue. Proven track record in hotel renovations. Preferred Qualifications: Results-oriented, with an aptitude for leadership and a demonstrated track record in managing, recruiting, energizing, guiding, and motivating. Hilton brand experience.
