• Efficiently process customer credit applications.
• Maintain up-to-date and precise customer credit records.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.
• Perform calculations and manage data entry tasks.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Employ Peachtree Sage and Open Invoice for financial data entry.
• Conduct scanning and typing tasks as required.
• Utilize 10 Key Skills for data input and analysis.• Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Candidate must possess excellent 10 Key Skills.
• Experience in data entry tasks and database management is a prerequisite.
• Ability to perform calculations with accuracy and speed.
• Proficient in scanning documents and maintaining digital filing systems.
• Typing skills with a focus on precision and speed are required.
• Familiarity with Peachtree Sage accounting software is beneficial.
• Experience in handling Open Invoice system would be advantageous.
