We are on the search for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Odessa, Texas. This role is situated within the industry and involves a variety of tasks related to maintaining and processing important data. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process data entries
• Utilize 10 Key Skills to quickly enter data
• Work with Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Operate Coupa for various data entry tasks
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) data entries
• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate
• Respond effectively to customer inquiries
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required.• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Data Entry
• Demonstrable skill in 10 Key typing
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Coupa software
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
