We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk IV in the location of PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania. This role is within the industry, where you will operate a data entry device to input lists, records or other data points into an electronic format.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently input data into an electronic format
• Use your knowledge of commonly-used practices and procedures within the field
• Work under immediate supervision and report to a supervisor or manager
• Manage lists, records or other data points requiring data entry
• Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
• Maintain accurate customer credit records
• Ensure all data entered is correct and up to date
• Utilize your skills in Data Entry, Procedures, Supervising, Practices, Independent Judgment, and Electronic Format to excel in this role.• Demonstrable proficiency in Data Entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• In-depth understanding of business procedures and practices.
• Proven experience in supervising teams, with strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, demonstrating problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Familiarity with electronic formats, with proficiency in converting data into electronic formats.
• Previous experience in a similar role as a Data Entry Clerk is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
