Key Responsibilities
- Enter data into databases and systems accurately and promptly.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data safety and security.
- Assist in maintaining organized filing systems for digital and physical documents.
- Generate reports from data and present findings to relevant departments.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
- Respond to data inquiries and provide support to other departments as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in entering data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
