Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join for our client in Cleveland! You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across various systems while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Pay: $18 - $20/hr

Shift: M-F; 9:30am-6:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input customer demographic information into multiple software platforms and web-based systems.
Configure and modify payment processing terminal settings.
Resolve customer and client inquiries promptly.
Verify application information with external partners.
Identify and address issues effectively, with a focus on precision and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with computer operating systems.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, team-oriented work environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, including drafting professional business emails.
