As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our database systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our data remains organised and accessible, enabling our team to make informed decisions. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input, update, and maintain data in digital databases and spreadsheets
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Clean and organise data by identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies
- Generate reports and summaries as needed
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in data management or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in data entry or related roles is preferred

- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
