Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems with a high degree of accuracy. This position requires excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.




Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and systems.
  • Review and verify accuracy of data before and after entry.
  • Perform data quality checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to team members.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
