Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and systems.
- Review and verify accuracy of data before and after entry.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure data integrity.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to team members.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
