Data Entry Clerical
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Data Entry Clerical candidate to work for a company based in the Port of Tampa, FL. In this job, you will be responsible for providing support to vendors, scheduling appointments and deliveries, and other administrative duties.
Pay Rate:
$16.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours:
6:30 am - 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Data Entry Clerical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work together with the accounting department entering data, creating reports, badges, and entering time for payroll.
- Organize schedules and documents using Google Drive and MS. Office.
- Assist customers with product orders, quotes, and returns.
- Prepare letters, emails, and/or invoices with estimates.
- Creating service tickets, scheduling appointments, etc.
Data Entry Clerical Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2 years of clerical, data entry or administrative experience.
- Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in written form
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Must have reliable transportation to enter to the Port of Tampa
