Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for daily processing of incoming vendor invoices and assisting in all other assigned accounting responsibilities and projects. The functions of the positions serve as valuable support for the accounting department. Reports Directly to the CFO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily processing of incoming mail
Daily data entry of vendor invoices and credits
Issuance of vendor lien waivers
Processing vendor checks
Preparing outgoing checks to vendors
Retrieval of online bills from various vendors
Communicating with vendors and property staff
Process City of Norman water bills and resident adjustments
Preparation of Quarterly Reserves for lenders
Assist with Property tax related items
MUB Billing
Process tenant deactivations
Process intercompany related billing and credits

Require Skills/Abilities:

Data Entry experience
Proficiency in account reconciliations
Excellent computer skills
Must be very detail oriented and can multi-task
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Education and Experience:

At least two years of related experience required

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
