Duties
• Compile information and prepare reports. • Format, compose, type, and prepare routine correspondence. • Maintain office records and files. • Prepare and process confidential and sensitive documents • Maintains absolute confidentiality of work-related issues, customer records and restricted County information; performs related duties as required or assigned.
Requirement
High school diploma or GED equivalent. • Two (2) years of experience performing general secretarial or office work. • Valid Arizona State Driver’s License may be required. • Or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience may substitute for the minimum requirements.
