Job Description

Note:

The position is Onsite (No work from Home).
This is a Night Shift role.

Position Details:

Position: Operations Processor 1 (Data Entry Specialist)
Industry: Banking/Financial Services
Job duration: 3 months (Possible Extension)
Location: Shoreview, MN 55126 (Onsite)
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday (10:30 PM - 7 AM)
Pay Rate: Flexible
Tentative Start Date: 12/09/2024

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced structured environment.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
Schedule flexibility to work some bank holidays as needed based on business needs.
Ability to work additional hours as needed based on business needs.

Required Skills:

Basic computer knowledge.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
Lockbox experience is nice to have.
10-key numerical data entry experience.
Ability to lift 10+ pounds.
