Key Responsibilities:

• Complete the intake process for all applications within the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM), including associating images to patient profiles, entering patient demographics, physician and drug information, and all relevant application data (e.g., income, household, and insurance information).
• Conduct initial assessments of applications, identifying any missing information, and initiate patient outreach to obtain required data.
• Review simplified applications for completion and accuracy.
• Determine appropriate workflows based on established business rules, ensuring efficient processing of each case.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain adherence to business rules and policies, providing seamless support to the PAP.
• Document all patient cases in the CRM following business rules and policies, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.
• Facilitate renewal and year-end recertification processes as defined by the Patient Assistance Program.
• Support special projects within the job scope to improve reimbursement processes as directed by management.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail related to the PAP.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college or associate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in an office or administrative setting.
• Basic knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefits is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms.
• Proficiency with computers and CRM systems, with adaptability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
